Asdescribed in the section pertaining to the energetic increase in value, this project merges combined and complementary technical solutions which, as to emissions into the atmosphere, are regulated at a national level by D.M. 05.02.98.The following table portrays the cited limits and confronts them with the expected values:

                                 

In addition, the system consumes less water, having, as has been described, a non-continuous “closed” system. Actually, steam production is made condensing the syngas’s humidity. Only a small amount of water is necessary for the Electro-filter and to rinse the circuit. At the end of the process only ashes remain, around 3-5% of the garbage inserted into the cycle. The technology used and the elevated gasification temperatures (still inferior to the ashes’ fusion point), render the material inert, and is often used as an additive for various purposes
